Global Fast Ltd are Libya shipping specialists and are the officially appointed international shipping coordinators and on-site agents for Infrastructure Libya 2010 / Oil & Gas Libya 2010.
They will be circulating full shipping instructions to all exhibitors, and exhibitors are recommended to fully comply with these instructions in order to ensure the safe transportation and delivery of their exhibits and exhibit material to their stands at the exhibition.
The Tripoli International Fairground is a customs bonded facility and Global Fast Ltd and their Libyan associates, Al Yamama, will handle all the necessary temporary import documentation.
The full service provided by Global Fast Ltd includes:
- transport of exhibits from point of origin to exhibition stands
- temporary import clearance and administration
- on-site handling / logistics / labour
- removal, storage and return of packing materials
- return / onforwarding of exhibits.
Exhibitors are advised to arrange their shipments via Global Fast Ltd and their recommended forwarders in order that their exhibits can be tracked from the point of origin to their exhibition stands.
Exhibitors not using Global Fast Ltd recommended forwarders must ensure that appropriate arrangements are made with Global Fast Ltd for the clearance of exhibits on arrival at the point of entry in Libya, and for all on-site handling.
NOTE: Global Fast Ltd will not be held responsible under any circumstances for the non-arrival of exhibits into Libya unless shipments are arranged through them and their recommended forwarders.
Libyan exhibitors bringing exhibits drawn from local stocks into the Fairground must report to the Global Fast Ltd /Shipping office on their arrival.
Only Global Fast Ltd and their Libyan associates, Al Yamama are permitted to handle exhibits on-site.
